Goat Fashion Festival Beta Incoming in Goat of Duty

If you were already bleating on about the new goat-based arena shooter, known as Goat of Duty, then the latest additions are only going to make things better for you. Four new goat costumes based on Fallout4, Skyrim, Call of Duty and Ghost in the Shell are soon going to be added to the game as well as two new variations of the Future Farm and Space Station maps, plus a brand new game mode.

The next Beta phase of Goat of Duty is all be about a goat fashion show, and if you join the Discord server (https://discordapp.com/invite/hqNEt7c) you’ll be able to share goat fashion tips with over 3000 goat lovers, plus you can give the developers a hand as well.

The next beta phase, due to be held between June 6th and June 10th, will be all about goatstumes, the new maps and a new game mode.

Fus Ro Arena is all about using one weapon, the Fus Ro Bleat, which in essence is a shotgun that sends out shockwaves you can use to knock goats off ledges, keep them at distance, even play tennis with them if you find a suitable partner and a … ahem tennis ball. This is not your only form of attack though, you can also use the various spiked ledges and electrical fences. Oh and one other thing, you have to be in close distance in order to finsh off each other, so no sniping from cover, you ‘kids’.

“When a man with a mouse meets a goat with a bazooka, the man with a mouse will be a dead man”¦ Besides if these goats feature several crazy goatstumes inspired by movies, manga and video games, they are clearly pop culture fanatics”, says 34BigThing’s Game Director Ivano Zanchetta.

Goat of Duty is a fast-paced multiplayer first-person shooter, where heavily armed goats battle it out. There isn’t any lore or backstory to worry about. If you have weaponized goats duking it out in a bullet-ridden free-for-all shooting frenzy, whey on earth do you need a storyline. Surely, the premise gives you everything you need to know.
